Arrivals and departures
Students must organize their outward and return journeys from Montélimar station themselves.
They must arrange to arrive on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, and leave on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 .
Free shuttles will pick them up at Montélimar station when they arrive, and drop them off for their departure.
Folder to enter
Any student applying for the masterclasses must submit their application file (attached), with a short video of about ten minutes) before May 15, 2022 . He/she will be informed by email, before May 31, 2022 , whether he/she is accepted or not. The file must be entered electronically and sent to the email addresses: philippegraffin@me.com and classes@lacalamande.com .
Full board stay from Tuesday June 21, 2022 until Tuesday June 28, 2022 (7 nights on site) in a single or double room, and participation in masterclasses, for a total cost (all taxes included) of €600 .
Formalities after confirmation of your admission to the course
The amount of €600 is to be paid into the account of SAS Calamande Agricole at least two weeks before the start of the internship, i.e. before June 7, 2022 ( IBAN = FR76 3000 3014 0000 0270 0109 264; BIC-SWIFT ADDRESS : SOGEFRPP; Reference: name of participant – violin masterclasses 21).
Admission to the internship will only be guaranteed after payment of the costs within the required time frame.
In the event of cancellation of participation after payment for the course, no refund will be made, unless this cancellation is justified by valid reasons (medical certificate, border closures, etc.).
Course organization
Each student receives at least 4 lessons, including sessions open to the public. Classes are given by Philippe Graffin between June 22 and 27. One or more concerts will be organized during the week of the masterclasses, giving each student the opportunity to perform in front of an audience.
